Your post inspired me to think of what I would put on my list. It has been kid of fun to think about.
Here are a few suggestions for you:
*Run a 5k
*Go on a gallery stroll (Slc has one every 3rd sat of the month)
*Take a cooking class
*Learn how to can a fruit or veggie
*Read the bible from start to finish
*Read a famous work of literature that you never have (ex. Great Expectations, The Good Earth, etc.)
*attend a symphony concert outdoors (like at Sandy Amp. or Sundance)
*learn a foreign language
* Attend the downtown farmer's market (Stop at Bruge's belgium waffle after for a treat!)
p.s. - if you want to try a Zumba class for free, let me know and I can give you details.
P.s.s. - My recommendation for a new restaurant is Franck's - my favorite rest.
Those are some great goals, chica! Sounds like it should be a fun year ahead. :) Good luck knocking them out! Zumba is WAY fun!
