We brought the New Year in with a nice ham dinner and the purchase of a couch and love seat matching set. That evening I found a cute card on my bed from Alison.
Then just a two days later we decided to get a new mattress. What a wonderful idea that was!
Michael chose to have breakfast for dinner to celebrate the Sunday before his birthday. He also requested waffles and ice cream for his dessert. On the day of his birthday, we took him out to dinner on his own at Costa Vida. Then we picked Alison up to go see Lord of the Rings. I think he enjoyed his birthday celebrations.
Joe and I went on a date to see a movie for our first time together by ourselves ever.
